Last updated: 8 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to tutoring services provided by Carver Education (“we”, “us”, “our”, "I").

By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms. We aim to support every child with kindness and professionalism.

2) Services

We provide tailored online and in-person tutoring sessions as agreed at the time of booking, designed to meet your child's individual needs.

3) Bookings and communication

Bookings are arranged with the parent or carer (or the student if aged 18+). You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can confirm and manage sessions effectively.

4) Cancellations and rescheduling (48 hours’ notice)

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible but within 48 hours to avoid being charged for your session by contacting hello@carvereducation.com. We understand that family life can be unpredictable and appreciate your early communication so that this time can be directed to another family.

5) Payments (bank transfer, in advance)

We do not take payments through this website. Payments are made by bank transfer in advance. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received (unless we agree otherwise in writing). Bank details and the payment deadline will be provided when your booking is arranged.

6) In-person sessions

For in-person tutoring, the location and any access arrangements must be agreed in advance. A parent or carer must ensure a safe, calm, and appropriate environment for the session to take place.

7) Safeguarding and behaviour

We aim to provide a respectful, safe, and supportive learning environment. We may end a session if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate, always prioritising the well-being of everyone involved.

8) Liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and professional skill. We are not responsible for losses that are indirect or outside our reasonable control.

9) Privacy

We handle personal data with the utmost care and in line with our Privacy Policy.

10) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page for your reference.

11) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
